Sorry it's been so long

Well, if you have taken the time to check this blog on a regular basis, then I have failed you miserably. The end of the semester came in full force, and although I didn't have but one exam, I still had to finish up all my RA things before I left. So, in two weeks, I bought $250 worth of programming items and held 5 programs. My work paid off, but my blog took the punishment. So, now it's Christmas break, and I only have one semester left.

The past week has been a whirlwind of adventures. First, it was hard for me to start packing to come home and not to pack all my stuff, since I was supposed to be graduating this past Saturday. It was a good thing that my hall was empty and everyone was gone, because it meant that I could enjoy my tearful end to the semester. I came home and had a few days to bum out and relax, and then it was off to more traveling.

On Sunday afternoon, I left to head to the much anticipated Mercer Passport Staff reunion in Durham. It was great being able to catch up on everything that had gone on in the past six months. Laughing about old times and talking about the future was something that I really needed. Then it was off to Grennville, NC to visit my best friend, who I hadn't seen since September. Again, it was great just to be able to relax and catch up with friends and even make some new ones.

So, over the course of the next month I will be focusing on my thesis; getting it out of the way so next semester I am not scrambling until the end to try and get stuff done. Thanks for listening. I'm sure there will be more posts to come. Happy holidays.
